FDCL congratulates the GW undergraduate drone team on its performance at the RTX-organized competition held at Virginia Tech. In its June 24 update, the lab recognized the team for achieving the competition’s most successful autonomous flight.
The achievement highlights the value of hands-on engineering experience: bringing an autonomous aircraft from design and implementation to flight requires students to connect classroom knowledge with practical testing. Congratulations to the team on this accomplishment!
