FDCL presented six projects at the 2022 SEAS Research and Development Showcase, spanning learning, perception, estimation, and autonomous flight.
- Zichao Hou: Reinforcement learning for adaptive plasma cancer treatment with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
- Maneesha Wickramasuriya: Deep image segmentation and object tracking for known 3D objects.
- Beomyeol Yu: Equivariant reinforcement learning for quadrotor UAVs.
- Kanishke Gamagedara: Autonomous shipboard landing of a UAV in a GPS-denied environment.
- Weixin Wang: Bayesian point-cloud registration with the matrix Fisher–Gaussian distribution.
- Tejaswi K. C.: Constrained imitation learning for a flapping-wing UAV.
The lab shared photographs of the showcase on April 26 and the research posters on April 27.
